So you get a great source of vitamin C, potassium, and fiber without the extra calories or starch.

These are just a few examples of some vegetables you can use as substitute to your favorite sources of starch. You no longer have to suffer the consequences of starch-filled vegetables in your favorite dishes. Once you replace vegetables that had starch with vegetables with lower levels of starch, you will feel the difference. The lower levels of starch and calories will help you lose weight. The vegetable substitutes are also a strong source of vitamins and minerals, meaning that your body will feel more energized.
