If the growth of the cells can be regulated then the tumor will stop growing. Once, the cancer causing cells start dying by itself, then the cancerous tumor would diminish in size also.
All this was done by the activation of CB1 and CB2 receptors in the cells. These special receptors affect many body functions like sleep, appetite, anxiety level etc. and are closely related to immune and nervous system. CBD when inserted in these receptors closely bind themselves with the cell’s receptors. When these bonds are particularly strong, they show great medical benefits. What is particularly noticeable is that CBD does not affect the healthy cells. This is a far cry from conventional treatments like chemotherapy that damage healthy cells too.
